How to change bouquet?

Changing your bouquet can be done in a number of ways. On your mobile, launch the startimes-app, log into your account, go to settings under me, change bouquet. Or, simply call customer care representative, read them your account and you will be helped. Remember, different bouquets attract different subscription fees eg Nova is different from others.

How to find card number?

Your card number is located on the back of the card. This number acts as your account number when it comes to renewing your daily, weekly or monthly subscription. To find it, turn off your decoder and plug it out from any power source. Remove the card and turn it upside down. You will see your card number.

No signal and No service errors

With no signal, the reason is most likely associated with your antenna, connectors, cables and weather. If it is raining, that is inevitable. On the other hand, make sure the antenna is well connected in the right position with no loose connection. With no service, either you have not paid your subscription, or you have paid but still not activated since it takes some few minutes.

In any case the above errors persist, I strongly advise you contact startimes customer care using their helpine number depending on your country. It can be the tollfree or even using the self-help portal.
